Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and VoltRoster when you use our websites and the VoltRoster app. Creating an account or subscribing means you accept them.

What VoltRoster is

VoltRoster is team management software for coaches: roster, schedule, film links, dues tracking, parent communication, and AI coaching tools. It is a tool that supports your judgment as a coach. It does not replace it.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account.
• You must have the right to enter the information you store, including permission from a parent or guardian before adding a minor's details.

Your data is yours

You own the team data you enter. We store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your roster and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current month runs to its end.
• If a price ever changes, we will tell you before your next renewal.
• Promo codes apply the discount described when the code was issued.

The AI tools

AI features generate suggestions: practice plans, lineup ideas, scouting summaries, answers about your own team data. They can be wrong. Review everything before you act on it. AI output is never medical advice; decisions about a player's health, injury, or readiness belong to qualified professionals and the player's family.

Acceptable use

• Don't use VoltRoster to harass anyone or to store content you have no right to store.
• Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Don't enter another team's private information without permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep VoltRoster fast and available, and your data backed up, but we provide the service "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending service

You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will say why. If we ever discontinue VoltRoster, we will give you notice and a way to export your data first.
